Black & White Minimalist Wedding

When this couple shared their vision of an “elegant, yet edgy”, black & white wedding, we were so excited to help make this dream a reality. Their black tie optional wedding was elegant, but definitely not stuffy. Combining luxurious orchids with baby breath gave the florals an elegant, yet light, and airy feel. Custom black leather place cards, and metal accents brought in an edgy industrial vibe. A live band entertained guests, and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. It was incredible bringing a little bit of Jersey (bride & groom’s home town) to Salt Lake City. Guests were welcomed the night before with a rooftop cocktail reception at a private downtown Salt Lake City club, done up with a disco theme. The ceremony & reception were held at Cafe Molise, a historic, downtown venue, that complimented the incredible details curated for this design. The detail was immersive, yet maintained a minimalistic elegance. Their wedding weekend struck the perfect balance of elegance, edgy, and authenticity.
