Coordination Overview

  • Kick-off Call (12 weeks prior to wedding date)

  • Aisle Planner guest seating manager

  • Final venue site visit/walkthrough

  • Vendor contract review- post vendor booking (to understand your vendor agreements)

  • Creation of digital layout of venue(we'll work with your venue on this)

  • Professional, detailed wedding day timelines 

  • Distribution of timelines to vendors and wedding party

  • Final details meeting 2-4 weeks before your wedding date

  • Finalize details with vendors

  • Ceremony rehearsal on a day other than the wedding day (if applicable)

  • Ceremony instruction & details packet for all participants (if applicable)

  • Ceremony management (if applicable)

  • Execute event day according to timeline

  • Manage guest logistics for ceremony- cocktails-reception

  • Oversee and manage all vendors during event 

  • Cake table & guest book table styling (set up guest book, decor, cake cutting knife etc..)

  • Set up seating charts, escort cards, menus, signage, and other personal items

  • Set up personal details for ceremony

  • Coordination with venue staff

  • Manage send-off 

  • Oversee breakdown of the event

  • Take down personal items that we set up

  • 2 Event coordinators on site for the duration of your event 

*mini rehearsal option on the wedding day (timeline permitting) if unable to schedule the    venue for rehearsal on another day.
